NAME
The official name of a company can only be in Chinese, which must be entered in the register of companies.
However, if necessary (say, for the conduct of international business), companies may use the names in English or any other language.
REGISTRATION NUMBER
Since October 1, 2015, in most regions of China, companies are assigned a Single Public Credit Number during registration.
In fact, it replaces the registration number, taxpayer identification number and organization code.
PERIOD OF ACTIVITY
As a rule, the company's activity term is 20-30 years.
Companies with 100% national capital have the right not to determine this period.
When the term of operation expires, the company is liquidated.
SHARE CAPITAL
