Incorporation

The most popular type of entity in Russia is a limited liability company (Obshchestvo s ogranichennoy otvetstvennostyu - OOO).

  5. Executive
    passport details, TIN, position (for example, general director, director, president, etc.)
    N.B. a foreign citizen can not be appointed as a director until he receives permit to work in Russia.

  6. Founder(s)
    Russian citizens: Full name, date and place of birth, data of the identity document, address of residence including the index; OGRNIP and TIN (if any); the size of the share in the authorized capital;
    Russian company: OGRNIP and TIN, full name; share in the charter capital;
    Foreign citizen: identification document (established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation) * the size of the share capital;
