    This certificate contains information on the documents in the registration file of the legal entity (with indication of their name and details) submitted by applicants for the state registration.

  • Financial Statements

  • Certificate from the register of disqualified persons
    Since January 1, 2012, the Federal Tax Service keeps a register of disqualified persons (i.e., persons who are prohibited for a certain period of time to occupy managerial positions by court decision).
    The information is presented in the form of an extract from the Register or the certificate on absence of the information, and also in the form of the information letter, in case of impossibility unequivocally to define (identify) the requested person.
    The document contains:
    • name, date and place of birth, place of residence;
    • the organization and position in which the person was employed at the time the offence was committed;
    • the date on which the offence was committed, its nature and qualification (article of the Code);
    • the period of disqualification;
    • the name of the court that ordered the disqualification;

    contains:

The Russian Federation is a party to the 1961 Hague Convention.
    The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (the Apostille Convention or the Apostille Treaty), is an international treaty. It specifies the modalities through which a document issued in one of the signatory countries can be certified for legal purposes in all the other signatory states. A certification under the terms of the convention is called an apostille.
