    Limited Liability Companies are required to submit annual reports no later than 7 months after the end of the financial year. This must be done even if the company has not been operating. If the company does not submit the reports, it faces a fine and in some cases even a fraud charge.
    Individual entrepreneurs are obliged to submit annual reports when a certain turnover has been achieved.
    Small companies may obtain permission from the Bureau not to include sales figures in their financial statements. A similar permission may be granted to a company if its condition is threatened by competitors if this information is published.
