For most legal forms, the obligation to submit information annually to the registration authority has been introduced. The French Republic is a party to the 1961 Hague Convention.
The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (the Apostille Convention or the Apostille Treaty), is an international treaty. Beneficial owners are required to declare:
