General information
From 1st February, 2018 ORS is replacing BRELA paper based registry.
The reliable and trustful information about Companies, Business Names, Trade and Service Marks, Patent and Industrial Licenses will only be provided from the ORS.
Those Companies that were registered before the commencement of the online registration system on 1st February 2018 must be reconciled by Registrar officials before entered into the ORS.
The said companies will be updated and then uploaded to the ORS by the companies’ owner directors or Company Secretaries.
That is to say, no filings or changes will be accepted without being reconciled to ensure that all records in the file are properly filed ready to be uploaded into the system.
Non compliant companies will not be able to remove or appoint directors, or file any other changes until all the missing previous documents in the company file are provided by the company and cleared by the Registrar.
