• When does the powers of the current head (general director, director, president, etc.) terminate?
• When does the appointed manager take office?

The new director takes office on the date specified in the decision of the General Meeting of Participants (or the Board of Directors) to appoint (elect) a new sole executive body.

It is the date specified in the resolution and not from the date of entering information in the Russian Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as many believe.
Within 3 (three) days from the moment the decision is made, the new manager is obliged to inform the registering agency.
