Applicants at company incorporation

The applicant at incorporation is the founder (if there are several founders, then all founders are applicants).

This means that the application must be signed by each founder of the company.

It is not necessary for all founders to appear at the same time at the registration authority.
The application may be notarized (jointly or separately) and one of the founders (or a third party) may be authorized to represent its interests in the registration authority.
It is important to note that some of the founders can notarize their signatures on the application, and the remaining founders will appear to submit the application in person.
