Term of OOO registration

State registration of legal entities is carried out within no more than 3 (three) working days from the date of submission of the necessary documents to the registration authority (clause 3 of Article 13 129-FL).

However, the registering authority has the right to suspend the registration for a month to carry out additional verification of the documents/information received.

The reasons for the suspension must be stated in the decision, as well as the period (at least 5 days) within which the applicant can provide additional documents and explanations.

In case of confirmation of doubts about the reliability of the provided information, the state registration will be denied.
